Class Action Discussion

Class Action DiscussionHi Everyone,

Its blatantly apparent that there are a few on this board trying to keep information dissemination about what is going on with Western under lock and key.  This is very concerning to read that the process they are using is already known but Western claims they are the only ones who have this?  Plus, Sam did say that this process was far more costly in his lengthy speech and I agree on the mere fact of why would anyone pay a premium for this product just because Western has it?  I feel I was led to believe something vastly different than what I invested in now at a loss.  I researched class action and that is the mere definition of what a suit would look like if in fact we banded together.  Because Western has no revenue, we could file suit against the board, CEO, or any executives who profited from misuse of company funds.
