Its very clear you are just not a avg investor as if you were you'd be more inclined to more fiscially responsible on what this company's fixed costs are.  That to me means you believe they get a blank check for what ever they want to charge.  Maybe instead of Mr Ataya making $500K a year and 18M in stock options, you think he should make $1M a year?  You've avoided all references to explaining this and many many other questions.  I believe we all want responsibility of funds, I dont think you do.
