RE:RE:SEC Notification Requirements for Executive Movement

RE:RE:SEC Notification Requirements for Executive Movement Hello StockProbe,

You are always so fast to point out all the "reasons" for why we are all wrong.  Almost a light speed.  Here you claim speculation vs facts.  A much different answer that you normally give which means you are covering up.  Based upon SEC rules and for GOOD reason, WMC MUST report within 4 business days of any officer movement.  I am not sure when that clock started but lets call it yesterday when I saw a huge hole.  That means they have until Monday to submit SEC notification as withholding this information could have a positive or negative impact on stocks.  Hence why the SEC must know.  Failure to report would be a voilation and face a fine.  Wouldnt that be news if SEC fined WMC to add to the 5 lawsuits for hiding information.  Removing his likeness and position isnt speculation if its good, which means its bad.  The clock will tell the truth Monday.  Ill be watching this on Monday for any news or filings on Edgar.  Monday will be telling forsure.
