You are always so so so quick to google everything and try to deny it as false, did your search button break? Yet you sit here 100% dumbfounded asking for clues or someone else to do your homework. Why dont you google Sam Ataya, Hallie Alameddine, Striling Group. See who owns the company and who is the President. Then use that information to cross ref the SEC filings and payments to Striling Group by WMC. Take note of all the payments made directly to them from WMC. Then read the fine print on write offs and ask yourself why? Its ALL FACTS! Gosh, for someone so quick to point out errors, you clearly dont want to uncover this huge rock or just maybe you already know and are on the take too? Maybe you can meet her at the plant tour since you never have. Yeah right. Shameless.
