Hi.  So asking for timelines when all this is required by Harrison County is stupid?  Interesting.  Is Sam Ataya going to wave his tinkerbell wand and the plant will just appear out of thin air?  Steel, building equipment, permits take time.  So its just in time logistics with no planning ahead of time?  Take a look at the BMW plant just built in Alabama, how long do you think that took from the time they said go to finish?  Take a educated guess (if you can)?  Where is the financing at to fund this $1 Billion dollars anyway?
