If you were a NEW CEO coming into the compamy that wasnt a Ataya puppet (which is what you are asking for approval on, then NO!), would you want Sami Ataya and all his dark and twisted days of failure hanging around you and looking to stab you in the back and sink you?  Think before you answer that question.  Let me guess, You want his brother as CEO?  He needs to leave with all his family and friends, you dont get a coupon discount here for this.
