post the termination email then from Ed Lee?  So Ed is now firing and Sam isn't as the CEO?  Thats very interesting that you would spin that, that way.  So Sam isnt in charge anymore?  

Post the communication between the Accounting Firm and the CFO before he quit (or fired in your world)  Post that information on those discussions on why and what was said?
