When anyone reads this kind of garbage it only proves the level of stupidity of the poster. Getting sued for 4.2 million on a technology that many have claimed he invented is peanuts if he really invented this or had any measurable claim to the technology he should be receiving far more $$$$ this is a technology that is worth 100s of millions in profits and he is looking at 4.2 million only means he has nothing and its only get out of my court money.
