The former CFO was brought back in to resolve the accounting issues and re-establish continuity from his point of departure to now. One can only spectulate, in the abscence of poor transparency and share holder value, that a government agency is auditing the books. Again, pure speculation on my part.

If true, Sever will not get paid anytime soon until the accounting is straighten out. Again, pure speculation until the BOD or executive publish some news. So, I for one would NOT defend this stock given that lack of news and management plan. Let the complaints fall on the shoulders of the executive team given they are being very handsomely.
