99.83% pure magnesium, got it lab verified and now is improving the efficiency of the equipment.

Either they have it or they don't.
Obviously they are stalling but they had to come out with some news as they were rapidly losing credibility.

It's like writing a book, you don't wait until it's perfect to publish it, if you do it will never be printed.
Release the first edition, collect some royalties and work on the second edition.

Issues scaling up to full production?
No one to back it financially? 
Not economically viable with China or at all?
Not as green as claimed?

Who knows.

All you can do is look at what they say and what they do, the two do not jibe.
Neither does the sp reflect peoples confidence, they just don't 'believe', people need to see results.
A few ingots of metal don't prove commercial viability, profitability or ability for this management team to go to the next level.

Also what Sherry said made total sense, who is going to pony up a few hundred million for a full scale plant when there are pending lawsuits that could determine who owns the tech?

Big money doesn't like doubt.

It's obvious that they are stalling, that is a no brainer, we just don't know why.
