NI 43-101I thought I had read everything - I highly suggest whom ever is representing WMC these days (I have lost count on the number of legal firms they have burned through and not paid) BUT I dont think the Canada SEC would be as amused if WMC pleaded we can't tell the public anything defense.
How does WMC "attempt" to mak their substance (we dont or cant know what they have made as its not been verified) Paul Sauve "we extract dolomite from the ground and need to conduct a feasibility study in Ohio?
Boy that sure sounds like you need a shovel and a bucket which is a mining operation (unless you order it from China) to dig it out of the ground? Sounds like a minng operation to me.
NI 43-101 is a rule that governs how companies disclose scientific and technical information about projects to the public in Canada. The disclosure standards apply to oral statements as well as written documents and websites.
Looks like WMC owes the Candian SEC a report of all the properties that go into making their "substance" Funny, I dont see that on their files of reports. Report search WMC - Nothing on file.
Geez whiz, i hope that isnt a oversight on WMC behalf? That was due to them prior to the first production run?
