operational update

A): Optimistic (the skin man)
B): Disaster, but it is what it is (They had to release something)
C): Pilot Plant.  Is this in a garage, backyard or a 100000 sq ft warehouse?  Entire article is dealing with the "pilot plant". PR explains to us there are 3 phases and all are looking promising. Hopefully, this sucker produces metal to everybody's specifications  .Then  "This data will then be used to determine the size of the first commercial facility." 3rd Qt 2021
Then this: "Western Magnesium has engaged a leading mechanical engineering firm that will provide the detailed equipment design and necessary 3D models to aid in a Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) that will ensure a safe and efficient pilot plant operation".
D): WTF. Whatever/where this pilot plant is,  IT better pass the test!
E): I'm Assuming this Pilot Plant is under the same regulations regarding "environmental"questions?
F):.Let's pose a question. What if u wake up next month and see WM is on front page of newspaper, etc.. Sam and PR are on front steps of the State Capital.  Booming with pride. Press is awesome....then next day we see "well it might not be exactly environmentally friendly as they claim". There is a great chance "smoke will be coming out of the plant".
This process may be the cleanest environmental plant ever thunk of, but WE all know it will be questioned. That is just a fact! Time, time, time!
G): Honestly, I would love to see us commit on a Plant...NOW. If process does not work, if EPA denies, if the Community denies, if.if if
H):We either hit a Home Run or we Lose 100%.. Better hear it sooner than 2022!
I): IMO
J): Still Optimistic ( The Skin Man) LOL

So out of the 322 million shares out standing most of the insiders granted them selves options. With no pilot plant yet, and 2026 on their projections it does not look that great? This company has scraped 30 million out of share holders pockets not their own skin? I’m mean would you pay 30 million for this with no pilot plant built? Take a look in Quebec and I’m not pumping any companies but they ...more

Balardo, if you have this much concern and skepticism then move right along and find yourself another Mg stock to invest in. If you knew anything about this company or cared to do any research then you would know where this is headed. Comparing it to companies in Canada that are "less clean" is a moot point as this is no longer a Canadian Company. This will be the first publicly traded ...more

I can appreciate your time put in. They only have 800.000 cash on hand and paid total wages 1.8 million. They are giving loads of shares away for 5 cents in private placements. Now they have 2 million due, so how much more dilution? James sever and Robert Brown are the only things of value here left. Those are the guys I need to talk to not IR. The IR here suck there diluting your shares. Of ...more

CB, https://youtu.be/mdS4au1qaX4 Interview from a couple weeks ago. They have a year of runway, that gives them a year to look for for a loan with favorable terms with access to a 210 million dollar line of credit as a backstop. Sam has 5 million shares in the company so I am sure he will avoid as much dilution as possible because it has a detrimental effect on him also. A lot will be riding on ...more

From what I have seen is the board and key executives are being changed to better suit the company long term. Not saying they weren't important but seems to be they are gearing for that large corporate structure that requires a more experienced exec.
