Nasdaq lol can't even close a PP
Nasdaq ..lol. you need $2-$4
WMG has NO cash, a burn rate of 1.6 million per quarter and...
A private placement that has closed 2 out of 7 million and is still open since September 10 LAST YEAR! and below market value at .13 cents
Only way would be a minimum 10 to 1 rollback
They will have 400 million shares soon... if they ever close anything
Begter chance of getting onto a NASCAR...lol.

the question is executer99 , why are you here? You wouldn't be trolling around here if you didn't see the potential this company has. This year is going to be critical, to be honest, western magnesium hasn't instilled much faith in me as a investor. They aren't communicating and it is frustrating. But you coming here and shitting all over the boards helps no one

A reverse split to go on the Nasdaq would be an example as a positive roll back. Going on the Nasdaq would bring in a lot more interest from investors this making closing a private placement a lot easier. It would be best not to have to do a roll back, but at the end of the day as long as the company is moving forward all is good.

I have been involved with 4 companies that did reverse splits, they all ended badly. Reverse splits are done by companies that are desperate. If you go on the Nasdaq you need a health number of shares and WMG nearly has enough. There are a few trolls on here that alway bring up reverse splits and other nonsense. I'm glad we have management that know better.

When you get up to 340 million shares plus PP (can't close) Pending ...you have to think about reverse splits How else are they going to get onto the NASDAQ? Fyi...Mr. probe. The more you call me a troll the more I will be here...congrats. Broke, approaching 400 million shares and a burn that's more active than Taylor Swift's tinder account. God bless Rollbacks
