Let me raise a hand and ask a question !
As a "CPA" who has apparently just joined the board and is looking into whether to invest or not in Western, you're raising questions and providing no information or answers 
The only question then is, have you or are you buying shares ?
Answer, I highly doubt it !
Lets look at a couple 
Ohio - Permitting will have usually a shelf life on how long it is open to complete project, why pull it and spend the money till you are absolutely ready to put shovel to ground !
Patent - ooh, an end all to prevent duplication- not !
Change a bit of the process and away you go - it's a different gizmo! Let's spend a bunch on an expensive Patent Attorney or maybe just keep the process as tightly protected as possible and continue R&D to stay ahead of competition without laying the cards on the table!
Severs - have you mentioned what the company position is ?
No - because no one knows until it actually comes up !
You and others keep referring to companies cash position,
I guess you have your secret spy glasses on because the company doesn't file day to day reports of its activities so how could anyone possibly know anything?
What a crock !!!
Buy the stock and if not get lost, you provide no value to this board in MHO !

Bigrig, You clearly have insider infomation and excuses for eveything.  Why dont you get lost unless you state what role you are providing as an employee to this company?  Your deflect and smear compaign just lends to the companys clouded past and even darker future with these continued excuses not to show your own paperwork.  You dont make things better, you actually make them
