The nice thing

about this stock is if you do like it, wait until tomorrow because it will be lower. I don't see much hope for the stock going forward without a clear plan on how to fund the company without some combination of a mega dilution combined with saddling it in debt to be paid off over many years. I have no doubt the technology works and that it will be used to produce magnesium. That part I'm at least willing to accept. But as a stock to own and make money off of, unless the company can provide a clear / plausible pathway forward, I just don't see it as a good place to put money. Oh well, JMHO...

The issue is, this crew doesn't get a free pass to walk away and do this again as I am told is 100% why all the Ataya and Almaeddine resumes are wiped prior to 2018.  They fleeced another company into the dirt.   Dont believe it, go look at Khalids Linkedin Profile and tell me what you see pre 2018?

Looks like you are right Aucon.  This seems to be a make work/job security type deal, good for management and directors but shareholders, not so much   At least we may not have to worry about more dilution if the company can't convince people that this is going to be a moneymaker for them in the long run.  Let's hear what people who went to the open house have to say ...more

Yup KTD, I think their motto should be "10 years down, only five to go." We'll see if I'm wrong about that and some catalysts present themselves, but it surprises me that no major has shown enough interest to simply buy the company or at least take a majority controlling stake. Why worry about China stealing the technology when they could simply buy it for almost nothing? Yet ...more

That is the question evryone is waiting  on " what is this technology worth? " sadly we were told SOON. JR you still harping about Alpha if they were so bad for the company and are known cash strap killers they would have hired Sammy before WMG. Cant con a con but they'll hire you if your good.

Aucon, 5 to go would be ok if they had some kind of timeline but that would be asking too much.  The low number of shares held by management isn't a good sign.  Someone mentioned a tour but the lack of chatter here means??  It didn't happen?  No one went? Either way somewhat disappointing.  BR finally got the message not to respond.  Just let them ...more
