Case 230903 has passed the "Right to Appeal" phase which is 6 weeks after the lower court ruling. So, this case is inh motion. Should this fail for the plantiff, the have 6 weeks to file "Right to Appeal" in the Canada Supreme Court of Appeals. I bet all the lawfirms were happy the convertible debenture went through.
