The facts are public information.  A privately held company was formed, registered and posted on the internet, by the former president of Whetstone, naming himself and 2 other Whetstone geologists as principals, providing (and competing for) the same geological/exploration services, as the publicly traded company he represented.As a shareholder, and having access to

A web site does not constitute a "company". No work was done by WMI in that period nor by the "company". The facts is that WMI has not paid anyone since the beginning of 2009 as it is controlled by a major shareholder and still is. If you're upset about the share price or the work by WMI, I suggest you chat with the Board and stop pissing on people you obviously know
