Question

QuestionCould the heavy buying by PI be Algonquin accumulating shares below the $2.50 offer price ? Is this something that they are able to do or do they have to declare purchases in the open market now that an offer has been made public ?

Seems to me that if they were serious about their offer it would make sense for them, or someone friendly to them, to purchase as much as they can on the open market below $2.50. That would give them less shareholders to have to convince of the offer and put them in a stronger position to make the takeover happen.
