fellow investor here.

anyone else notice that the 1603 grant program webpage has been recently updated? if you look at the excel sheet you can see that awards were being given out as of may 9th. also, it seems perhaps a mistake, but if you click on "sheet 3" you can see that there are awards dated may 17th, 2012.

any idea why wnd would report on delays related to these awards when other parties seem to be receiving them?
