fellow investor here. anyone else notice that the 1603 grant program webpage has been recently updated? if you look at the excel sheet you can see that awards were being given out as of may 9th. also, it seems perhaps a mistake, but if you click on "sheet 3" you can see that there are awards dated may 17th, 2012. any idea why wnd would report on delays related to these awards when other

are you kidding me?? it all depends on when the projects were submitted, it could even be that the delay in those other projects was bigger than is the case with WND. everyday people amaze me...

Wow JSJ. Looks like you are the only one impressed so far. Care to explain your optimism ? A liitle out of character, might I say.   Ching.

Ching what is not to like here? Big jump in Q1 revenues, Q2 will be much better with a full Q of Windstar. Cash grant delayed but not in jeopardy. My biggest concern is further delay in Puerto Rico financing. Is the project in jeopardy? Mind you I remember Windstar financing was also delayed over and over again and it worked out in the end.

Impega, I also like what I see and am looking forward to around mid-August when Q2 will come out. My comment was more to do with the market's reaction, which is nil. I also think that everything will work out, but I will feel a whole lot better when we get a NR confirming the grant approval.     Ching.
