Grant Payment Trying to go through the maze of grants paid and when submitted is time comsuming but one I found so far as little information is actually given or in press releases :
One I found became operational in early 2012 - not sure exactly when but only got paid June 5th ... and the newest post for grangs was only June 8th - still hope for us ....
The Highland North Wind Farm is located in the townships of Adams and Summerhill, Cambria County, Pennsylvania, The projects is situated on mixed use land owned by both public and private landowners. Construction began in spring of 2011 and project became operational in early 2012.
