well not completely,

i will add the price also reflects the upcoming 15% dilution related to the takeover of some non-revenue generating unknown impact on revenue generation or timeline for anything (the NR and the fall off in price are pretty straightforward). we know the cost significant dilution we don't know yet any offsetting benefits.

i will also add Yabacua seems growing in uncertaintiy to me as time goes by, how many supposed deadlines have elapsed.  the price of WND IMO as time goes on is discounting the likelihood of bad news.  i suggest this as again you check the price of WND and it seems as soon as that grant didn't arrive suposedly on time the market started to discount bad news (price started falling) and well guess bad news arrived ($78 actual vs. $90M expected).

ps i believe we were promised 7 consecutive record quarters (but i could be wrong) which is a substantially higher standard than "7 good quarters"
