The only reason why I totally agree with this statement is because he is actually going to be compensated for getting the best possible deal. That Forbes piece seems to indicate that Jeff stands to gain considerably if he can sell this thing north of $3.
I haven't been hanging on to this stock as long as some — I bought in 2010 — but it has been an interesting (frustrating?) ride. Even though this situation isn't ideal, I'm glad to see something happening with this company.
