Fair value 5+ Fair value would be the cost of construction plus the dicounted cash flow of the contracts and thats got to be more than 5. The equipment has a 25 year life span easy, its state of the art and growing.
I'm sure its worth more but have not crunched the numbers. But selling for half of the constuction price tag would be a dum give away just to satisfy a few dissidents. Go for the gold Jeff
