RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Cuthebsbud Buying anything usually starts with "can I make money with this asset and have a ROI of 10% per year", now it is not that simple but essentially that is the heart of the process. so somewhere in all this mess is that magic number and when the potential buyers have looked through the data room and crunched the numbers we will hear an offer that is representative of that. Jeff tells us that this could be north of 5 dollars a share, that would be sweet but is a long shot and probably has the cost of development / construction fully priced in plus a profit. This is not a new car with a warranty, its a business and it needs to make money to survive and grow.
