Western Wind Energy Corp > what about WND's Director's compensation...
View:
Post by cutthebsbud on Aug 17, 2012 11:03am

what about WND's Director's compensation...

.. IMO their total compensation is outrageously high and here is a comparable, i use CPR as it recently went through and lost a proxy fight, CPR is a multi-billion $ corporation, and i use data from their fiscal 2010 (same as WND)..

.. CPR has a very extensive section on its Directors, including meetings attended (a very basic requirement to be included in any circular) far more useful than what WND provides

.. CPR Director total compensation range from $166K to $330K (Chair), average $197.33K

... now we all know WND don't we, so let's not even bother to compare scale of business, but suffice it to say a larger scale business would have more and better compensated Directors than say WND (kinda how the CEO of a larger more substantial organization should have better compensation than a small company)

.. so WND Director total range from $257K to $338K (Chair) average $278.6K

now onto CEO comp:

WND Jeff as CEO $3.178M

CPR CEO $6.578M (includes some $1.2 in something call pension value)

oh and BTW CPR's share price growth exceeded WND's in 2010

... WND $2.00 to $1.60 vs. CPR $57.14 to $64.62 (plus div)

.. so what gives at WND

WND Compensation to Jeffypop in 2010 was $396,000.  The balance was stock based compensation expensed for accounting reasons with no cash value to total $3,178,000.......only 396,000 was real cash........the rest accounting expense which gets credited to contributed surplus on the balance sheet.   Again Cutthebsbud is a minion of George!

wrong again cutthebsbud minion.  Phone the WND CFO.  The cash bonus was converted to stock private placement so no outlay of cash other than 396K and Jeffypop paid full amount of $3.178MM to CRA. Go check with WND CFO.      Again Cutthebsbud (Philip M. ex-cop now drug dealer and son-in-law dealer) has it wrong and grasping at straws.

holy moly what a stench eminating from cowpatty, <>   which one would that be, new one (was that ever PR'ed) the previous one or the one before that.  flippy flopping on CFO's as much as WND has done recently is not confidence inspriring.   <>   so you now surrender and admit it was a cash bonus, but did that PP come with warrants and if so, what a bargoon ...more

Looks like your dissident slate will lose the election.   Drug dealers are like terrorist.  They will terminate each other before reaching their delusional goals.  Sounds like you Cutthebsbud, will come to your end on September 25.  Good bye.

I beg to differ, Cutts. When J_mart apologized to Jeff, I openly gave him support and he thanked me for it. The only reason you came to his support was that it fit your stupid agenda. Has he been your friend since ? I don't think so ! You don't even answer his questions. He gave up on you. Stockhouse is about to do the same, Get lost, idiot.

I put Cutts on ignore a few weeks ago. Funny that his, her, imposter apology showed up on my board, and none of the postings that you guys have seen . Whoever posted this so called apology garbage is not our beloved Cutthebsbud.  Regards The Khyber

Buying anything usually starts with "can I make money with this asset and have a ROI of 10% per year", now  it is not that simple  but essentially that is the heart of the process. so somewhere in all this mess is that magic number and when the potential buyers have looked through the data room and crunched the numbers we will  hear an offer that is representative of that. ...more
