RE: ok soo...? Should be a positive reaction to the news that several companies have moved past the "tire kicking" stage to the second stage of more serious due diligence. I see it as a positive and I am sure others do too.
In the meantime we are closer to some serious positive catalysts for the stock, not the least of which is closing the Puert Rico project financing.
