mad I think it was a note that let the market know that a director sold his shares not because of knowing something was wrong but rather for tax pressures placed on the individual Otherwise the note would not have been released , It  had no changes at all really since the one released at the end of sept Thx

Don't see why there would be any reaction, there is nothing really new there Just steady as she goes. It will take time.

Should be a positive reaction to the news that several companies have moved past the "tire kicking" stage to the second stage of more serious due diligence. I see it as a positive and I am sure others do too. In the meantime we are closer to some serious positive catalysts for the stock, not the least of which is closing the Puert Rico project financing.

in my ho it would be better if wnd deferred the financing or at least had the agreement writtten up in some way  that allows the purchaser to negotiate term and intrest rate I am sure that will be the tactic deployed Tire kicking stage see Sept 30th announcement, pretty much the same script however I do agree there is demand from many As I stated earlier the board simply wanted to let it be

Impega - I agree - this should have a positive move on the stock - outside of financing news we will also have financials out mid Novmeber ... lots to look forward to over the next few weeks.
