earnings release if this quarte rhas merit with earnings at 13 cents a dhare , than you can say with lower rates on borrowing this stock is a cash cow
Expenses have killed the bottom line but it looks to me that at 10 x earnings you could see 5.20 per share
we will not see that but 4.50 is real
