Bidding war As none of the companies in the data room have made a bid yet, and they don't have to for another two weeks, the bidding war hasn't even begun yet.
Brookfield says that $2.60 is their final offer, but we all know that is pure bs. If someone else outbids them, Brookfield will be back.
While we may have be patient for another 2 weeks, is that really a big deal when we could pocket another $1/share? I don't think so.
