Brookfield has enough shares to block any bid ! 90% is needed to approve a bid and if Brookfield has 16 %any other bid will fail !! Brookfield has the upper hand right now and they are going to steal this company and steal money out of your pockets !! This 16 % is the reason the auction is stalling !!! Don't tender your share`s and TRY and ride out the storm ! If you can handle the risk sell !!! The negativity on this board is amazing and hard not to get caught up in the childish posts !! I see these negative post as a sign that someone is trying to scare Joe share holder out of his hard earned cash !! Don't let them scare you or intimidate you on there responses !!
