I also agree that if BEP is close, they will sweeten the bid to get the last remaining few.  With patience, we will do better.

As to Probs repeated question as to the fact BEP will still have 16%, even if their bid fails so why will it not still be a problem, the fact is they may.  But, BEP will likley have no interest in owning 16% of the company.  So, if they really are done with bidding, they would likely tender their shares to another bidder. Alternatively, if there is another bidder, they may outbid the next bidder.
