At this point, I believe $2.60 is our best option. As absurd as it may sound to a lot of you, I believe BEP offer is in the best interest of the retail shareholders of WND.

The WND management, as evident from the NRs and circulars, is working only for their own benefit and worst, they are doing it at a significant cost to their shareholders.

I am tendering my shares and I hope most of you see good reason and do the same.
