"What are your concerns specifically with the BEP NR?"   1). No Alternative Proposal 2). No Fairness Opinion 3). Management Self Interest   I read the whole NR, and I believe this WND management is not working in the best interest of us, shareholders.

As absurd as it may sound to a lot of you, I believe BEP offer is in the best interest of the retail shareholders of WND. The WND management, as evident from the NRs and circulars, is working only for their own benefit and worst, they are doing it at a significant cost to their ...more

With the stock price at $2.37, BEP should have no problem getting what they need at $2.60 right?
