I never said all of a sudden WND will be worth $5 ina  year without a bidder  settle down and read my post I said and I'll highlight some key words

Then a NEW BIDDER will emerge and at that time it MIGHT be the $5 in a year people want.

I never said anything about the market value of WND being $5
