Untender

UntenderOkay folks, so obvious who is working for brookfarce. Bakken, you need a reason, here goes, the company is obviously worth more than 2.60 due to the simple fact that aqn offered 2.50 before windstar proved its worth. Then there is this Puerto Rico solar farm that will be worth aprox. 30 percent more to the portfolio due to its high ppa. Those that keep questioning the financing are uninformed. A bigger company could possibly get a slightly better rate but as was informed in the last cc, that company could pay off the finance deal and renegotiate with their lenders for a minimal break fee. This that point is mute.Bottom line here is why tender now when there will be 10day extension. Let the bigger players who are more in the know decide if bepgets to the 50percent threshold. Bakken you must be a mole if you actually believe that Wnd is not worth at least 3.50-4.25. When you build in Puerto. Solar and the tax debt right off, we are looking at a fair price north of 4.00. So don't fall for this tender, or Untender asap. I do like the break fee suggestion, and something tells me that that could indeed emerge this week, or Brookfield may even negotiate that for a fairer price. They have gone too far to back out Imo. I am waiting for a board supported take over which will be at least 3.25imo. Don't get fooled again. At any rate you might as well wait for the outcome of this challenge. Bep gets50 and indeed no one will argue that it is game over. 50percent achieved and my shares will be immediately tendered. I have a feeling a large investor/hedgefund will join the Wnd team in completing this sale which could still go to Bep if they pay more than 3 bucks a share. Hang in there compadresGlta>
