RE: We If they have it, I can't see it being announced until after the offer expires because shares can still be withdraw prior to the expiration, so it would be premature I think to make such an announcement. Even if the numbers were comfortable for Brookfield, I think they would wait. What would be better would be an announcement that they were upping the offer and extending for a further 10 days. Will be close!
