A halt should not be necessary... The news is out the market is closed... If all thoughs who sold didn't get back in by now... Unfortunatly that's life. Speculation is gonna drive this stock tomorrow and I expect market makers to drive this thing though the ceiling on the open. If they BELIEVE a closing price of $3 is what its gonna be.
