I don't think I stuttered ? Did I ? I will slow it down for you !!! Brookfield has caused the CHILLING EFFECT !! Why spend millions trying to BID on something when there 0% chance of winning ? With Brookfield in the picture who is going to bid ? Break up fee or not ?? its all about money !!! Why spend millions extra when the share holders will decide for FREE !

your response is what Jeff told you a break up fee is to protect the bidder make it so BEP would have to bid $3.50get the jest - u realize your mesiah makes more if he closes Yabucoa>

If BEP's offer is very good and fair it will have no problem winning the 50% needed today. So why are the BEP offer supporters so vehemently promoting the offer and pleading with the remaining Jeff supporters to tender? A fairly priced offer will succeed so relax.

I am not 100% THAT Brookfield will not be successful !! How much will the share price fall ? I have no clue ! SOME investors will panic some will not ! I have no idea where the share price will be tomorrow ! What I do know is I will still have my share's tomorrow !!
