The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the oil and gas exploration and production segment of a U. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

Has anyone seen a timeline from Exxon on their drilling plans? Note the NR states "The Restated and Amended Production Sharing Contract ratified by the Liberian Legislature and effective April 1, 2013 ('the Effective Date") has amended the second phase of the PSC to 3 years, with the third phase remaining at 2 years. The second phase continues to require the drilling on one (1) well and commenced on the Effective Date."

The commitment, therefore, is to drill one well in the 3-yr second phase, which began a week ago. Depending where this sits in Exxon's priority list/budget allocations, it could be more than 2 years before we see any drilling.
