What is the delay ?The deal was supposed to be completed " the week of Feb. 15 ". On Feb. 18, the company released a statement about lender committee approval.
The CFO said the following,
: "Approval of the Credit Facility by the Lender's investment committee is a key milestone to completing the Atomic acquisition. The quality of the assets we are acquiring has allowed the Company to attract the debt necessary to complete and we are working with the Lender to complete loan documentation in the coming week."
It has now been 10 days since that statement. They also said they have been working on the audits since December. What is the problem ? Their website presentation says they will close on March 15, however, no official news release.
Can you imagine that you tube feller... if it didn't close ?
