NES vs. CBJI used fully diluted for both. $167 M market cap when I posted @ $1.00 for CBJ based on 167 M shares outstanding, minus cash $145 million enterprise value. 112 M shares fully diluted for NES @ $2.65 for $297 million market cap, minus cash $280 million enterprise value. As for the close we're looking at $302 million market cap vs. $150 million market cap. Regardless CBJ is much earlier stage than NES and is nowhere near the same size discovery to date. Both are early stage but NES in my opinion already has close to 6-7 million ounces of proven gold giving them a price of $45 / oz based on potential 43-101 ounces and majors have bought out high grade plays like AND, VEN and ARU for well over $1 billion. I'm not taking away from CBJ's hole today but it's one hole and needs some more confirmation to be comparable to Newstrike.
