RE:Void financingHow in the heck did the company get away with the financing being announced in the morning, receiving TSXV appropval and closing the financing in one day?
The TSXV had numerous complaints on their previous attempt at financing and even had a hearing scheduled to hear Red Eagle Mining and othe shareholder concerns. The the management of CB Gold their financing to avoid the hearing.
Something smells very bad here and the management of CB Gold apears to continue to put their own self interest ahead of their shareholders. What a potential crime here.
I hope the majority of shareholders vote FOR the Red Eagle Mining offer.
