Void financingI am not sure that under sec regulations a company that has tender an offer to buy cbj can participate during the open tender period in a financing of the same company and receiving more shares in exchange. That shall be ilegal. This financing operation should be declared void by the canadian regulators and such shares dont count. Does anyone can estimate how much shares have Navarro (batero) already, including this financing. I estimated 30%. Please comments
