The CBJ directors and management are all cronies going back a few months ago to the original sale proposal. Before the RD and Batero offers. RD has filed complaints with security administrators including what you have stated. However, the BCSC and OSC to a large extent are toothless tigers and pale compared to the US SEC. I know this first hand since I have dealt with both of them. I hope they have a guts to finally do what they are paid to do and put an end to this blatant manipulation by Capponi and his croonies.
