This time, I decide CB Management.
I do NOT need to wait for you to review the Red Eagle Mining and make a decision. I already know what your choice will be.
I can assess the information for myself and the Red Eagle Mining offer is far superior to anything that you can come up with now.
I will be voting my shares for the Red Eagle offer as soon as I receive my proxies.

Hi Santi, I 100% agree with you. CB Mgmt is just trying to screw us again trying to squeeze the last pennies from our $$ invested. I am not aware how this unsolicited offers work, does CB has to call a new shareholder meeting so we can all vote ? Mark
