I talked with a lawyer friend tonight. He suggested if people feel something unethical has occurred that the investor may be able to file a Ombudsman complaint  He gave me the link below. @Justreality you are very correct that I am a rookie with investing. But I'm not a rookie with lawsuits.  McScam and BNN were given a platform and pumped. If McScam just analyze without "pounding the table " then there wouldn't be a case. But he did and if he sold then he profited. They both also have a ethical standards as well

Candy, here a few more thoughts on this. Both XRX and CMC are highly speculative penny stocks - penny stocks can offer sizeable gains but also come with the risk of losing a significant amount of your investment in a short period of time - they are probably not the place to begin your investing career. You seem to be referencing CMC with your comments on "Table Pounding" - again, no one

But if they profited from his tablet pounding and giving it a minimum $8 and if he sold then he was misleading for his own good.  The lawyer said it's a case. Probably wouldn't be thrown out.
