Fall apart
If the deal falls apart it will break this company. They'll have to pay the cost of the purchasers up to 750,000 and another million dollars in fees. This purchase is a lifeline, they were going bankrupt.

Evidence is the wrong word and yeah sure it is conjecture but based on a close reading of their financial statements. They've done nothing but lose money and they're gross margin has been eroded. This company is a loser
