Just bought some more
$23.9 million works out to $0.90 / share. Selling seems to be way overdone !!!

And add another 23 million which they should be able to get for Avante and we r around 1.80/share...way better than what we would have got before. Fingers crossed. Yep selling overdone.

I've been buying heavily since they announced the new agreement. Have picked up 370K shares so far, a 7% position for me.

Hey Stonk, some wishful thinking mixed with an approx 23 million in remaining avante rev, so a 1:1 price to rev...it seems reasonable considering the residential biz is quite stable....

By my calcs, you're looking at an Enterprise Value of roughly $4M after the deal closes.. you've got a lot of dry powder ($20M) to deploy and you have some huge names in Canadian business on the Board now.. I've been backing the truck up the last few days!!
