New job for Daniel

Pointed out on CEO.ca, Daniels new job as Head of Production at Shape Immersive, very similar company to YDreams, what this means for YDX...no idea, maybe daniel just needed a job to pay his own bills, but last we knew YDX was making money...maybe this is just a seperate venture for him, maybe part of the RTO, maybe he finally gave up on YDX....very strange for a CEO to get a job at another company....anyone with insight?

Add-on to this post, Shape Immersive, again company very similar to YDX that Daniel has now joined, has a parent company: AlphaGen Intelligance Corp, which is publicly traded......maybe connecting unrelated points here....but might that be the new takeover company? 90.M S/O at a 8.67M market cap. Yeah not sure about getting out of the penalty box anytime soon, if the social medias and websites are any indication looks like things are officially stuck in the mud. Some of the links on the YDX website dont work, havnt seen any updates, looks like one of the sub companies domain is no longer even for that company, was sold or not renewed. Question is do we triple down and start buying  ...more

What is even more worrying is that CEO Daniel Japiassu has not responded to emails for the last 2 months. This is as per someone who used to regularly receive responses whenever they asked. As per buying shares in AlphaGen, I've scanned the Company and it seems eerily similar to YDX. Once bitten... Would a merger between YDX and AlphaGen be a viable option, though?

Unless they can takeover YDX for extreme undervalue market price then maybe it's worth adding to their portfolio, as the last user commented, what would YDX have of value for them to buy? Have no idea if Purple Mage or Render are doing business, Ydreams, Arkave Vr and Gameon might still be brining in some revenue but we probably arent talking millions, and most likely very little net profits ...more
